How was “Art Pharma” created and what is the mission of the company?
I am a general profile doctor by profession. In 2007, after graduation from the university, I started working in one of the leading international pharmaceutical company. With nine years of experience, I had enough knowledge and courage to lead my own business independently. In 2014 I founded a company “Art Pharma”, the main mission is to introduce European brands in Georgian pharmaceutical field in terms of innovations and prevention. “Art Pharma” strategy means creating a modern model of health care and introduction in Georgia. In search of innovative brands, the first contract was signed by one of Europe’s biggest company at the end of 2014. This is a Czech pharmaceutical company “Walmark”, which is the leader in European countries among the OTC producing companies. During my first business visit, I became familiar with the enterprise and their products. That’s when I discovered that nutri-cosmetics in Europe are very popular and I decided to offer the Georgian society “Wiaderm” – “beauty capsules”.

What are the specifics of business on pharmaceutical market?
In the pharmaceutical market the most important are the ethical norms and the service quality assurance. We serve health, so our primary purpose is to provide customers with high quality and safe products. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the well-developed industries. Like other countries, we have a highly competitive environment and we need to make proper effort.

What is the working principle of “Art Pharma”?
The whole team is mobilized to keep an eye on sales statistics as well as peculiarities of customer behavior, their dependence, approach … we have so rationally defined strategy and tactical tasks that we can easily cope with. For me one of the priorities and big responsibility, together with business management, is to care for employees, creating comfortable environment for them and most important is promotion their professional growth and development.

I work in “Art Pharma” since 2014. According of my activities, constant professional development is necessary to achieve the goal. Every new brand is like a newborn, which should prepare for the appropriate environment before birth, eliminate all the barriers and obstacles in order to begin walking and become the unconditional leader in the pharmaceutical market.
To be a marketing manager in “Art Pharma” means to be everywhere and always mobilized and informed, to have permanent readiness.

Interesting projects implemented in “Art Pharma”
All projects implemented in “Art Pharma” are very important for me. I am proud to actively cooperate with existing medical associations in Georgia, we plan and organize a lot of conferences and conventions together. I think Art Pharma has broken all the stereotypes about the idea that the medical conference has only scientific significance. Our events are different and interesting. From the projects I distinguish the first large-scale symposium in Georgia, which was dedicated to health care, disease prevention and modern treatment approaches.  “Art Pharma” is a highly socially responsible company that confirms the following activities: At schools it was organized a diagnostic campaign with Pediatric Academy, in order to check the child’s physical and mental development; Project “Check the veins” – free consultations with angiologists of the leading clinics for the detection and prevention of chronic venous diseases; Skin and Hair Diagnostics in pharmacy networks for health and beauty care.

I have been working in “Art Phamra” since 2015 and my main duty is to take care of the office’s internal affairs, creating a comfortable environment for each employee and help them.

Based on the functions of the office manager, communication is a very important factor and I think this is a big challenge for me that I cope with this task successfully.

Your activity in “Art Pharma”
I have been working in “Art Pharma” since 2016. My duty includes collecting registration documents for new products and preparing them according to Georgian legislation, and then submitting them to the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs for primary registration.

For me it is a significant challenge and also an interesting process to provide primary registrations for Spanish, Brazilian and Argentinean manufacturers.

I have been working in “Art Pharma” since 2016. I’m guiding the newly formed neurological group. Our main duty is to introduce new medicines for the representatives of medical sphere.
