Additionally, ImunActiv® also contains a unique complex of active substances called Imunactiv®, which has a great effect in stimulating the body’s immune system. An increased intake of vitamins and minerals is especially beneficial in case of fatigue, increased physical and mental stress and during the cold season.

ImunActiv®   is made of 4 substances: beta glucan, vitamin C, zinc and bioflavonoids. Beta glucan influences the immune cells known as macrophages, neutrophils and natural killer cells. These cells are your immune system’s first line of defence. They are responsible for finding, identifying and eliminating foreign substances in the body. The source of beta glucan found in ImunActiv®  is the cellular walls of the yeast called genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Zinc is responsible for maintaining the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C is needed as part as body defence, supports the immune system and also helps us reduce tiredness and fatigue. Bioflavonoids are found in high quantities in certain fruits, herbs and vegetables. The bioflavonoids found in this product were extracted from citrus fruit.
